Modified graphite PP shell-and-tube heat exchanger

This equipment is full plastic, fixed tube sheet and tube type heat exchanger. We take graphite modified polypropylene as material to produce heat exchange tube. And we use pure polypropylene plastics to produce shell, tube plate, shell cover, flange and connection pipe. 
Performance feature

Excellent corrosion resistance: fine chemical resistance, and having no damage on mediums, including inorganic compound, acid, base and salt solution within 100℃;

Small volume and light weight: convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance;

High temperature resistance;

 

Scope of application

It is used in chemical, petrochemical, medical, food, oil and grease, dyeing and printing, metallurgy, environmental protection and light industry as heat exchange equipment, especially as condensing equipment to replace stainless steel, enamel, graphite and glass condenser.
